T&A Firearms is committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws. Please read our Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Buyer Responsibility

It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to ensure that any firearm, accessory, or ammunition purchased from T&A Firearms is legal to own in their state, county, and municipality. Laws regarding firearm ownership vary widely across jurisdictions, and it is the buyer’s duty to verify all local, state, and federal regulations prior to placing an order.

We strongly recommend consulting with your local law enforcement agency or reviewing your state’s firearm laws to confirm eligibility. T&A Firearms will not be held liable for any purchases made in violation of local laws.

Restocking Fee

Any item returned due to:

  • Non-compliance with local, state, or federal laws,
  • Failed background checks,
  • Denial of firearm transfer by a Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer,

will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee covers administrative costs and handling. Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Return Policy

All sales are final. T&A Firearms does not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Firearms
  • Ammunition
  • Magazines
  • Optics
  • Accessories
  • Custom Cerakote or modified items

Exceptions to this policy will only be made in the following cases:

Shipping Errors

If you receive an incorrect item due to a shipping mistake, you must notify us within 3 business days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item.

Damaged in Transit

If your item arrives damaged, you must report the damage within 3 business days of delivery. Please retain all packaging materials and provide photographs of the damage. We will work with the carrier and you to resolve the issue.

Note: Failure to report shipping errors or damage within the specified timeframe may result in denial of return eligibility.

Return Process (If Applicable)

If your return qualifies under the exceptions above:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@tafirearms.com with your order number and details.
  2. Wait for a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
  3. Package the item securely and include the RA number.
  4. Ship the item using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.

Additional Terms

  • Returned items must be in unused, original condition with all packaging and documentation.
  • T&A Firearms reserves the right to inspect returned items before issuing any refund or replacement.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
